La vivienda dispone de dos dormitorios y un salón - cocina, así como un patio interior privado.
Los dormitorios: uno con cama de matrimonio y otro con cama individual, con posibilidad de cama supletoria.
Una habitación - la de matrimonio - es exterior, con vistas al campo de naranjos y olivos. La otra habitación da al patio interior.
El salón - cocina dispone de de: Sofá, TV, chimenea en alto (ideal para asar).Suelo de tarima flotante.
Cocina con butano, microondas, termo de gas, frigorífico, lavadora y todo el menaje necesario para la vida cotidiana: sábanas, toallas, manteles, cubertería, vajilla y batería de cocina.
Un cuarto de baño con plato de ducha.
Prohibido fumar en el interior de la casa.
Conexión de internet NO disponible.
Animales NO permitidos dentro de la casa.

The house has two bedrooms and a living room - kitchen, as well as a private interior patio.
The bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a single bed, with the possibility of an extra bed.
One room - the double room - is exterior, with views of the orange and olive grove. The other room faces the interior patio.
The living room - kitchen has: Sofa, TV, high fireplace (ideal for grilling). Floating flooring.
Kitchen with butane, microwave, gas heater, refrigerator, washing machine and all the necessary household items for everyday life: sheets, towels, tablecloths, cutlery, crockery and kitchenware.
A bathroom with a shower tray.
Smoking is prohibited inside the house.
